Description of the Summer House
The summer house dates back to the 1970s, and we’ve worked hard to preserve its original charm while giving it a modern touch. We believe we’ve succeeded beautifully!We’ve blended retro character with contemporary style through: Light, airy color schemes, Bright wooden ceilings and Original exposed brickwork (lightly painted for a fresh look)
Layout:
Master bedroom: 1 double bed (180x200 cm / 71x79 in).
Second bedroom: 2 single beds (70x200 cm / 28x79 in) – can be combined into a double bed.
Annex features a sofa bed for 2 guests.
Rental Periods & Pricing
Low & Mid-Season: Minimum 2-night stay.High & Peak Season: Rentals are weekly only (changeover day: Friday) Contact us if you want another day, we are flexible.

Check-In
Standard check-in: From 4:00 PM.
Early check-in: Must be arranged in advance to ensure cleaning is completed. -
Check-Out
Standard check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Late check-out: Available until 12:00 PM for an additional fee of 250 DKK (upon request). -
Pets
We do NOT allow pets, no exceptions, not even for visits.

Short-Term Rentals
In low and mid season, the summer house can be rented for shorter periods, with a minimum of 2 nights.
For short-term rentals, there is a cleaning, inspection, and electricity reading fee of 500 DKK. -
Rules
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outside the main door (door must remain closed).
Use the provided ashtray and empty it before departure.
Electric Vehicles (EVs)
EV charging is NOT available. Our electrical system cannot support the required power load.
Overnight Guests
Overnight guests are allowed, but maximum occupancy is 6 people (based on bed capacity).
Tents
Tents are NOT allowed on the lawn, as they damage the grass for future guests.
Grill & Fire Pit
A grill and fire pit are provided for guest use.
Fire pit: Must only be used in the designated fire area (fire risk).
Cleaning: Guests must empty and clean both the grill and fire pit after use.
Inflatable Pools
Inflatable pools are NOT permitted on the lawn or paved areas. -
Fees
Cleaning
950DKK.
Standard post-departure cleaning fee.
This ensures that you will ALWAYS arrive at a neat and clean summer house, ready for your stay. If, contrary to expectations, the cleaning has not been done properly or something is missing, please contact us so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
For short-term rentals of 2 days, the fee is 500 DKK.
Late Check-Out

Applies to check-outs after 10:00 AM (covers extra staffing and time constraints).
Earlier check-out than agreed

We have to charge an additional fee for the early check-out, as we quickly need to have someone come by to check the house and the keys.
Ashtray Cleaning

if the ashtray (located by the main entrance) is not emptied before departure.
Excessive Water Usage
Water is included in the rental, but abnormal usage (e.g., filling pools) will be deducted from the deposit.
